I started this blog in the summer of 2018 to document my husband's and my 20th Meetingversary trip to Greece. It was a nostalgist’s pilgrimage on which we tampered with the romance of our memories by bringing two small children! Since moving to New York in 2004, and especially since becoming a mother in 2010, I've had the urge to put my (often intersecting) cultural and mommy experiences into words. More often than not, I find that romance and reality continue to collide and that truth and humor lie where they meet. May you enjoy reading about life as this Cassandra sees it.
